Confiscate the car I say.

Obviously didn't see the "Cation Wet Floor' sign and aquaplaned or came in too fast and spun out in the wet :

That has to go down as the biggest epic failure in the Guiness Book of Records.

I know it is stereo typing, but every time you see a "stupid" accident like this one, it is always old people? P platers tend to have epic 120kmh accidents, but pensioners, geez, it's not hard. Right pedal to go, Left pedal to stop..............

If that car had a P plate in the back window and not a bowls hat sitting there, this would have been the leading news item across the state with a follow up special edition on ACA about young hoon drivers.

This is the preffered way for the elderly to park who reside in Surrey Hills/Camberwell. They used to have them park against the checkout counters at the local Safeway store after plowing through the front of the store on MANY occasions untill they installed bollards around the parking lot to keep the oldies out.
You know the old story, " I thought it was in reverse but it was in drive, I missed the brake " etc etc etc....

awwww, c'mon, for all we know the elderly driver could have mobility issues and and had no other way of getting up the stairs.

so, we can assume the driver has been arrested, thrown in jail and will never see daylight again, as well as having his car confiscated and crushed for this "irresponsible hooning"??

oh.... wait..... bowls hat..... it was an "accident"
