Whats the best way to remove the rotor retaining screw ?
Its a philips head screw driver fit,but i cant get the screw driver to move it. used wd-40 and hitting with hammer............ Maybe blow torch ? heat.? |

Do you know anyone with an impact driver? If not keep hittin the end of normal driver with a hammer. Its the only way I know of.

CRC/wd-40 let it soak in try the screwdriver hammer thing if not use an impact screwdriver (they arn't very dear)
Drilling and an "easy out" would be the absolute last resort |

Rear Rotor and Pads Change
http://www.fordforums.com.au/showpos...5&postcount=54 Here's how I got mine off. Had the same problem as you. Didn't have an impact driver but used one of those adjustable gipper pliers with a large screwdriver. All the best with it, GK

Hit it with a the hammer to shock it first, then use a centre punch in the dirrection that it unscrews, it will break the seal always works for me.
