The chassis is bolt in and you have to weld the engine mounting towers and support plate to the front cross member.

What they don't tell you is that if you have an earlier MK1 with the extra cross member welded in behind the gearbox you have to cut it out.

They also don't tell you that the engine mount brackets are designed for the four cylinder cross member which means that you are hacking out most of the V6 cross members extra strength if you use them on one of those.

I ended up copying the dimensions of the CRS adapters and re making them so that they fit the V6 cross member without hacking out it's extra strength.
