Looks like someone been doing a bit of modification to the rev counter. Its not a twin cam dash....to answer your question.

If I had to put a bet on it I would say it was a dash out of a Mk1 Escort that had been optioned with a clock. They use a similar dash to a Twin Cam, GT and a RS2000 in Mk1 form however the tacho is replaced with a clock. In your case I think someone has removed the clock and put a tacho of a simliar size in place. I have T/Cam, GT, RS2000 and the clock optioned dashs all factory and none are like this "tacho".
