Default Bob-Jane - Wheels

Looking to upgrade my wheels for my EF Fairmont.
Headed into Bob-Jane and was informed of the very, very, limited supply of wheels available to fit my car.

The only one I thought was nice was the Auscar Quake. I was looking to purchase a set of 18" wheels with tyres. The quoted price for such was $2100.

Now this seems a bit high for me. Where would be a better place to look for suitable wheel models (such as some of the XR8 ones I've seen around).

Also, are the Quake wheels common in general? Anyone have any opinions on the wheels themselves?

auscar have copied them. they are identical or at least auscar bought amg or soemthing as ive got these rims and went into a bob jane and saw the auscar logo on a set and was like wtf?

mine were 1800$ with tyes for 17" 2 years ago when they first came out. 2100 with tyres is a rip for 18" unless they are amazing tyres which i doubt.

i also reckon the wheel style suits ea-ed wayyy better and looks a bit odd on ef el.

Thanks for all the info.

So far I like the look of the BA XR8 18" wheels.

Type: Ford BA XR8
Offset: +36
Size: 18x8

All good for a '94 EF? Reckon they'd suit the car?

Yes they should suit the car. Look through the Ef/L section in show and shine. Lots of people have them

18" BA XR8 wheels to suit E series are $799 without tyres on ebay. Just search BA XR8 and they'll come up.
