Default V8 Ford Focus

I was looking on a website called RacingJunk.com and found a nice little project car. It was a ford focus witha 347 stroker V8 in it, all looked very well done, almost factory fit look. Check out the picks. It was for sale for $24000US. Bargin...........

I think you can buy the kits from england to do the full conversion, including the diff.

i spose if u chopped most of the firewall out and put it a foot or 2 further back.... :S

not sure of the point of putting a v8 into a fwd but meh.... if it was an AWD would work good... blow the **** off all the wrx's / lancers / other rice burner mobiles at least :P

I'd want one but the way they chop the thing.... it'd wreck all that fine handling the Focus is renowned for I reckon.

THAT SUCKERS RWD. IN THE PICS THATS THE STEERING RACK YOU CAN SEE NOT DRIVE SHAFTS.

Its not fwd, its RWD! Its been converted, lol good luck fitting the V8 in a east-west configuration

there was a later model focus for sale in NZ with a BARRA 240 engine and box. Just as lethal half the noise

ford racing america made one with the 5.0 cammer motor to show its versatility a couple of years ago it looked horn as all ****! they were thinking of developing it for limited production, but it looks like another ford project kicked into the corner collecting dust.
