try the hopperstopper website(sorry dont know it)
they have a whole kit and break upgrade for the front...
for the rear i recond using a falcon diff

you get a adapter for it, you can buy them now, i made mine from 10mm plate and got a mate to cut it on his water cutter and use hq-wb calipers on a xd disc and get a feww mm machined of the back of the disc, there is a bearing kit for it if you want i'll get you the part number, **** hoppers stoppers you'll pay over 2k for the front brakes alone.. my way cost me a few hrs of my time, and around 200 bucks, very simple conversion if you are the hands on type...

yeah the hoppers kit is arounf 1,600 for the front set up...
i was looking into this when i had my cortina...
but id go with what protd is saying..
