i heard that the process involved with diet coke etc, to make it sugar free etc makes it worse for you than normal coke.

not to mention tasting like shit :P[/QUOTE]

I heard that it was carcenogenic(sp?) ie: cancer causing. But i highly doubt it lol, it just tastes like shit.

One of the side effects is that over consumption can lead to MS like symptoms which is very scary. I'd rather have the sugar, does less damage to you.

yea apparently the artifical sweetner (phenylalanine or something) is carcinogenic.. i believe it though..

u want sweet and natural u stick to good old fashioned sugar..
