Default lsd changing

hey guys

im building a new diff for my car im using a LSD from a Fairlane, it had 3.27lsd, i have fitted it to my car bit have one problem. the left side axel wont go in it stopes around 20mm to far out of the diff. has anyone changed rrom a 3.23 openwheeler center to a Fairlane center as i would love to get this diff in my car asap only issue is that the axel dosnt go in fully, there both 28 spline and all i have changed is the center, the crown to my old one and thats it went to put the axels back in but only one side goes in but the RL dosnt,

only thing i could thing of is
1, the axels are different on the non lsd to LSD
2, fairlane centers done fit EB s1 diffs
3, abs could be an issue,

any info would be great,

So you used the Fairlane LSD centre and gears?
Which housing?
Have you checked the splines?

Oh and if you put this in the tech section not general, then you would get more responses.
