I had a case where a gardner showered my car with rocks deliberately while whippersnipering the council verge(he waited till i got there then filled me in) i got out and abused the guy then drove straight to the cop shop across the road,they informed me"to prove someones intent to do said actions is virtually impossible and basically i cant do anything about it..."
I would say its no different in your case,how do you prove they intentionally did it? Video footage would be good,i have cc tv at my house... Cough cough,brake fluid is great paint stripper... cough...cough |
