I'm actually disappointed by this.. I hate the H2.. prefer the H1 anyday.

The H2 makes me think of american soccer mums and wannabe rappers/"ganstas".. the H1 is a true machine!

I heard on the grape vine there was a H3 that was going into production. So the company thought why have a H1, H2, and H3?

H1 craps over the H2.

The H2 is a poser. I would buy a Chevy Tahoe, or GMC Yukon ANY DAY over the H2. The '07's of the Other GM's are far and away better looking than the H2.

PS - The H3 (below) is smaller than the H2, Jeep Grand Cherokee sized.

This is my favorite... :

What is the difference between a H1 and a Humvee. I always thought it was the same thing, but obviously not.

Is the H1 just a Humvee with a "station wagon" like back on it?

The difference is the Humvee is the military version and has things like bomb resistant floor pan, recycled air con that removes deadly gases, much, much better suspension, very minimal interior, doors unclip.

There are a couple of options: 2 door ute, 4 door ute, 4 door wagon and a 4 door hatch if you can call it that.

4.5km per litre????

Of diesel???

Lol. And the Americans blame china for the price of oil. Amusing.

It is a cool concept tho. Maybe LPG would have been more appropriate. Much prefer the style of the H2... a lot less... operation desert storm...

Except that Operation Desert Storm is the reason these vehicles are on the road in the first place.

After seeing them on television coverage Arnold Schwarzenegger made contact with AM General, about obtaining a civilian version of the military vehicle.

That is the point, to have something, that can do things other vehicles only dream of. They aren't/weren't made to be "pretty". They were made to do the dirty work.

Lol... but they are produced for the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger so he can drive it down hollywood boulevard??? Dirty work indeed.

Greatest piece of hummer abuse ive seen was bam magera on his MTV show. The ended up bricking the accelerator and sending it into a quarry. Great stuff.
