Hi all.
would i be correct in stating that the AU series [from series 1] went back to the coil pack from the coil/dizzy of the previous EL?. i'm pretty sure they did, however i want to be sure i don't put my big foot in me mouth ![]() Thanks ![]() |

![]() Yes they did go back to coil packs. What I didn't know and have just learned is the AU1 shared the coilpack with the EF. Later AU2/3 used a different coilpack. https://www.tiperformance.com.au/pro...ignition-coil/ Different plugs and greater coil output. |

One coil pack had male terminals, others had female terminals. That’s the distinction I remember. Foster Ute (AU2) had females as built.
