Yeah I checked, I'd left my iThing plugged in the whole time, but it is showing the ford logo and current(last played i guess) track when connected and appearing to be getting power - so i'm hoping that's a good sign. I'll prep a USB stick with some MP3's and have a play.
I figured the actual firmware files would be the biggest issue and I totally understand you not wanting to post anything up yet. I'll have a chat to my dealer - I've had a few services done there - as well as the
TCM update - so hoping they'll help out.
I'll update this thread for any one else out there having issues once I try out the dealer firmware path option.
