i'm pushing not to have one right now... usually starts with a low moment, followed by many more things going wrong, then no way to vent... this all leads to a break down, highly depressive stage, self harm comes, in lack of concentration, frigidity, anxious, forgetfulness, stronger break down that causes hyperventilating, minor blackouts, twitches of the body and sometimes complete blackouts...
and to think... i'm at the point of trying to hold off the big break down, as everything else has been done...
