Thanks for the links AussieG6. This thread is about the MC/Mk4 Mondeo, but was interesting to watch the process on the MD/Mk5 (Alan Howatt as always giving a good instructional of the process), looks like the job is improved somewhat on the newer model.

At 3:00 his glovebox comes out with the foam pad adhered to the underside! I was sure it fell out of my car from above and was trying to work out how it fit into the dash. Now I know so I can refit it properly. (Also reminds me my door for the filter slot has been broken by someone in there before me, I should try to get a replacement for next time.)
