You'll get it in any car if you open left and right side windows at once, especially if theres a decent cross wind- there'll be a high and low pressure differential across the cabin, causing alot of air to rush past you back and forth depending on the gusts. It'd mainly be noticeable only with moderate cross winds and at driving speeds above 70-80km/h I'd bet. If you open front and rear windows on one side only you'll find you won't be able to recreate the effect.
