one must remember its still an ageing generic falcon and being a tickford vehicle deosnt make it immune to needing attention/having to fix stuff

Show me a car that doesn't need attention or repairs. There is no such thing. Regarding the AU220. I am continually suprised how tight my series II is the harder I push it. The car is a stock Rebel on factory 18's and is the best OZ sedan I have driven. I find newer sedans of all makes 'twitchy' to drive. Its hard to explain but newer cars feel more disconnected to drive than older cars.
