1/4 track measure TS as an average over the last bit of the track (60'?). Gtechs measure it at the 'exactly' 400m resulting in a higher TS. Im pretty sure it even says it in the manual. My gtech says 97mph, my timeslip says 95mph, but every gtech is different.
