Yes, I had done mental sums and also landed on $500k all up (including buyers' premium) to have it restored. And what then? Restoring it has destroyed the back-story that you just paid a massive premium for. A bit like the chicken coop owners...

I wouldn't pay more than $120k for it in a normal market given its condition.
