Some of my customers are very nervous though about supply chain disruptions from bush fires and now Corona virus stopping their production lines.
It'll probably effect our imports but our manufactured goods production line for our products we make in Melbourne uses a mix of components sourced from Japan and locally manufactured in house, we've also got three CNC machines we can make components on worst case scenario.
If we were further advanced in off shoring manufacturing we'd probably be up **** Creek right about now.

Not a bad way to be setup at all. I CAD designed 3d printed component parts for a machine I built, I can whip replacements up faster than the Ms cooks a chocolate cake. Sometimes not having your **** at the cutting edge means you survive the unexpected.
