Can't view pics in tech resource portal?

When I try to view a topic in the tech resource portal, I am logged in with my user name until I click on the ba-bf section, the page loads, my user name is gone, there's no option to log in, so I can't see/load the images in the threads?
This makes things very hard, any reason for this?
