Umm I dont think we can actually do this shit though it may well still be legal in South Africa.
I have always thought of a throttle solenoid and an ignition latch to be remotely activated once the GPS reported a clear piece of road. We could then see how the average tom, dick or mohumad car thief, could drive with a wide open throttle. But somehow I think a law abiding approach is more approriate.
