Good weight loss, not too fast at all so you are much more likely to keep it off in the long run.
I'm fed up again... grrrrrrrr. Diets are hard work, and exercising when you're a lazy fatarse is even harder lol. It's so dispiriting. I have been working on
why I can't stick to an eating plan, exercise more, and actually keep the weight off that I manage to lose. It's such a mental workout really. I've found things out about my inner monolgue and am trying to combat the effects of it.
How's everyone else going? By the amount of recent posts, doesn't seem like it's good... :(
