Hey Pazza,

Be wary of speaking about flywheel power, as the only way to get a flywheel power reading is to remove the engine from the vehicle and dyno it on an engine dyno.

Companies that quote flywheel power without actual testing on an engine dyno are misleading the public. The bigger the number they use in their marketing, the more public interest they generate. Engine power numbers differ greatly depending upon how much oil is in the sump, type of oil used, accessories used in the test on front of engine and the like.

We wont quote flywheel figures. You should get around 6-20 rear wheel kilowatts from a custom tune in your application, depending upon the vehicle. Of course, with changes to trans and also torque reduction, even the smallest of rear wheel kilowatt gains makes the car a different beast to drive.
