Your problem could be caused by a couple of things.
1...Base idle speed adjusted too low.
2...Throttle position sensor incorrectly adjusted or worn.
3...Idle step motor sticky or worn.
Check owners manual for recomended idle speed.
The others need to be checked by a Mechanic.
One last thing.....Make certain the motor is not over filled with oil.
Overfilled on heavy braking would cause oil surge and stalling.
