I'm not going this year - wish I was, it's a top day. I don't think there would be any dramas with you going along with the club. Meet them at BP Bero at the time in the posting above from Ricksta. Just introduce yourself and I'm sure you'll be made welcome.
You may be able to join on the day; find Helen, she's the treasurer and will most likely be happy to take your $40 or $50. Or you can join online - click the club logo on AFF, fill in the application and send your money directly to the club account.
If you have a UHF radio, take it along as we keep in touch with each other while travelling.
