My car has the ford bluetooth car kit fitted so my iPhone is usually pared up with that.
What happens for me is when I answer the call my iPhone pops up with a little menu which asks me where I want to answer the call, it lists "Ford BT V08", "Loudspeaker" and "Handset" from memory.
If I choose Ford BT it will come out on the sound system because it is hooked into the
ICC as per design.
If I choose loudspeaker than the audio will come out on the speakers too but its kinda pointless because you have to yell so the iPhone mic can pick it up while your driving... Poor mans car kit.
If I choose Handset then it comes out on the phones speaker like a normal call.
Thats what happens in my case but I dont think you get the option if your not pared to a bluetooth car kit when you receive a call.
